Terms of use of Gerdoo Cloud services

• Project A shared workspace for services, environments, members, domains and add-ons.Service An application or workload built and run from code, local files, a Docker image or a marketplace template.
• Builds, Git releases, domains and SSL, logs, environment variables, private networking and rollback are platform features. Availability depends on your plan, location and service's technical status.
• Gerdoo may change technical service components for security, reliability or product improvements. Changes that significantly affect normal use or cost are announced through account channels or the dashboard.

• Registration information must be accurate, complete and belong to you or your organization. Gerdoo may require identity verification of an individual or company representative for certain services, payments, refunds or legal requirements.
• The account holder is responsible for passwords, CLI/API tokens, SSH keys, deploy hooks and team access. Set permissions according to each member's role and revoke access when they leave.
• Activity using valid credentials is attributed to the account unless you promptly report misuse to support. Gerdoo may invalidate suspicious sessions or keys to protect the account.

The user must use the services in accordance with the current laws, the rights of third parties and the declared technical restrictions. The following are prohibited:

• Phishing, fraud, malware, botnet, unauthorized access, denial of service attack, unauthorized port scanning or any activity that threatens the security of another system or network.
• Sending spam, violating intellectual property rights, hosting criminal content or use that is contrary to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the orders of competent authorities.
• Cryptocurrency mining, public proxies, unauthorized resource resale or deliberate circumvention of plan limits and technical controls, unless agreed in writing by Gerdoo.

Gerdoo may temporarily restrict or suspend a resource to investigate abuse, limit harm or comply with a legal order. Where an issue can be remedied, a reasonable opportunity to explain or correct it is provided, except for immediate security threats or orders from competent authorities.

• You or the legal owner retain ownership of code, Docker images, files, domains, databases and other uploaded content. You authorize Gerdoo to process it only as needed to build, run, back up, troubleshoot and provide the service.
• You are responsible for lawful content, licenses for code and dependencies, correct variables and access settings, and your application's end-user rights.
• The backup feature does not replace your own independent backup. Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, keep recoverable copies of critical data in another location and test restoration regularly.
• Deleting a service, environment, volume, add-on or account may make its data unrecoverable. Export needed data and check service dependencies before deleting or migrating.

• Connecting Git, using a deploy hook or deploying with the CLI can start a build and replace the running version. You are responsible for the repository, branch, path, build-time variables and integration permissions.
• A successful build does not guarantee your software's performance or security. You are responsible for code, dependencies, Dockerfiles, migrations, resource usage and version compatibility.
• Git providers, Docker registries, payment gateways, SMS and other third-party services are also subject to their providers' terms. Outages or changes beyond Gerdoo's control may affect related features.

• Your account plan sets project, service, resource, environment and domain limits. The free plan has no usage charges within its stated limits. Paid plans and usage beyond credit are charged at current rates.
• PaaS billing may include CPU, memory, storage, backups, build time and outbound traffic. Cloud servers use separate pricing. Amounts and units appear before purchase or on the pricing page.
• Paid subscriptions, credit and unused balances are refundable only under the terms shown at purchase and applicable law. Consumed resources, completed services and started subscription periods are nonrefundable, except where required by law or due to an error attributable to Gerdoo.
• Billable resources may be limited or suspended for insufficient funds or nonpayment. Suspension does not cancel outstanding debt. Warnings and deadlines shown in the dashboard or account messages apply before resource removal.
